Lemon meringue cups

Instructions
Squeeze enough lemons to reach 130g of juice and add enough water to reach 250g of liquid;
Put the sugar and the corn starch (or flour) into a saucepan, then slowly add the liquid;
Heat over medium heat, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon, until it comes to a boil, then set aside;
Make some whipped cream using about 250g of double cream and a tbsp of powdered sugar;
Crumble up the meringues and mix them with the whipped cream (if you like it, you can add some powdered cinnamon to the mixture);
Scoop some of the meringue and cream mixture in a glass or cup;
Then add the lemon cream;
You can then top with some crumbled meringues or whipped cream.
