Almond butter and ginger jelly sandwich

Instructions
Ginger jelly
Peel the ginger, slice it and then chop it in a food processor (or grate it if you prefer)
Place the ginger with the sugar, water, lemon zest, lemon juice and orange juice in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and then let cook for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile you can sterilize the jar.
When the jam is cooked pour it in the jar and seal it immediately.
Almond butter
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Put the nuts in a large baking tray and roast for about 10 minutes.
Let them cool slightly, then transfer them in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
