Peach and plum pound cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • 200 gr. ricotta cheese
  • 200 gr. flour
  • 200 gr. peaches and plums
  • baking powder

Instructions

  • First of all, peat and chop the peches and plums.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Grease and flour a cake pan.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and ricotta cheese until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the flour a little at a time and mix until well combined, then add baking powder.
  • Add the fruit into the batter, then pour into the pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
