Instructions
Stir softened butter and sugar until combined.
Add 1 egg and stir.
In a bowl stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together, then add this mix to the egg and butter mix.
Grind about 100 g of pistachios and fold them in.
Then chop the rest of the pistachios and add them to the mix
chop the dark chocolate and fold it in.
Preheat the oven (about 180 ° C )
Scoop balls of cookie dough on a baking sheet. (you should leave a space of about 3-4 cm in-between)
Bake for about 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven), until they look puffy and dry on the surface.
